Nervous Energies is a web video series created by rock photographer Ryan Russell. Originating in Birmingham, AL the series is now based outside Seattle, WA and features bands performing acoustic or alternate versions of songs, all of which are filmed and recorded by Ryan personally. Originally, Nervous Energies was created as a means for Ryan to kill time before sets while on tour photographing bands. Although it will always be just a fun side project of his, Nervous Energies has progressed to 8+ million plays since starting in November 2010. Nervous Energies is a 100% non-profit site, no money is paid by sponsors or taken in from plays.
